I built a focused feed for BENECO notices, PAGASA bulletins, community posts, saved alert preferences, and ntfy notifications. Every update remains tied to its original source.
What changed
People can scan the latest information in one place or subscribe to the updates they care about instead of repeatedly checking several sources.

The public feed is useful on its own; accounts are there for preferences and community features.
Alert delivery is kept separate from the main feed so each part can be maintained independently.
